Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the maintenance and calibration of test bench to ensure that the test bench is in normal condition and the test data is authentic and credible.
2. Responsible for the archiving of test data, the preparation of test reports, and the traceability of test data.
3. Responsible for communication and docking with other departments and departments on the test project, preparation of test tooling, arrangement and implementation of test plan, and ensure that the test is completed on schedule and as required.
4. Responsible for the continuous improvement of the test process and continuously optimize the test process.
Qualifications:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering
2. Have the ability to write test reports
4. Working experience in automotive spare parts related industries is preferred

Overview:
According to the customer’s project needs, build a project team, and apply specialized knowledge, skills, tools and methods in project activities, so that the project can achieve or exceed the customer’s target needs and expectations under the limited resources.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the management of key project development process, identify customer needs (technical agreements, SOR, etc.), organize and evaluate project risks, and form project teams.
2. Participate in the setting of development goals, responsible for project task allocation, schedule formulation (APQP plan) and implementation guarantee.
3. Manage early production containment before mass production, and organize project process problem solving and follow-up.
4. Monitor the progress, implement the project, and control risk.
Qualifications:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering
2. Have good communication and expression skills
3. Work experience in project development is preferred

Overview ：
Responsible for the quality management of parts required by the company, coordinate and manage the supplier’s quality, continuously improve the quality level of suppliers
Responsibilities:
1. Supplier development – organize the development, review, trial production, release and fixed point of new products and new suppliers according to the requirements of the system and process.
2. Supplier sample trial production management – participate in the trial production of new products, put forward OTS and PPAP requirements to suppliers, and be responsible for the review of the content of the materials submitted by the suppliers in charge.
3. Handle supplier quality issues – feedback, track and improve supplier quality.
4. Supplier audit – responsible for supplier audit (PSA, OTS, PPAP and annual, etc.), prepare audit reports, implement rectification for unqualified items.
5. Supplier capability improvement – plan and improve the quality assurance ability of suppliers.
Qualification:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering
2. Familiar with casting process or machining process, or engaged in supplier management and other similar quality positions are preferred 
3. Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system standards, IATF16949 internal auditor training or VDA6.3 training experience
